3. Payment Methods

• We accept payments via Direct Bank Transfer for the courier and other listed options on the website as pickup.
• For Direct Bank Transfer, payment details must be sent to our WhatsApp number for order confirmation.
• All our payments must be completed before dispatching courier orders.

4. Courier service and Delivery

• You must have to directly transfer your order total to our bank account to confirm the order if you choose the courier option.
• The courier charges can be paid directly to the delivery person upon receiving your product. 
• We aim to deliver your order promptly; however, delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability.
• Rebel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
• Usually in weekdays its only take 24H for the delivery

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
• Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product for a return or refund request.
• Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

6. User Accounts

• Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Rebel is not liable for unauthorized account access due to user negligence.
